Quick Start

1. Select exercise sections to run using the above tick boxes
   (master select/unselect at top). Click "Run selected sections" when ready.
2. Click the table top to move on when traffic light is green. Answer the question or make a bid when yellow.
3. Once running the exercises, select additional information by first clicking one of the bottom buttons. Each button displays a popup menu. Use the buttons as follows:
